The 8th Grade Grad Jam is a celebration for middle schoolers to celebrate their graduation from the 8th grade. The event offers free food and music. It will be situated mainly in DinoLand U.S.A. and partly in Asia with Expedition Everest and Kali River Rapids. The event will feature a dance party along with free food and lemonade. It will run from 7:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.^[1]

Testing phase

The event had a test run on May 4, 2007 to see about the feasibility of the celebration. Several Florida middle schools have expressed interest including the Bolles preparatory school in Jacksonville, FL^[2].
